"Take time to think about whether you are living your own life to the full or whether it has become a routine and less than satisfying. Goddess Freya can give you inspiration! Imagine wearing her cloak of falcon feathers and travelling wherever you wish!

Goddess Guidance February 2005

Brigid, patron of midwives and fugitives, blacksmiths and poets, fertility and healing, is celebrated on 1 February, the Celtic first day of Spring, at the feast of Imbolc.

Brigid can help us look after ourselves. Brigid the mother can help us mother ourselves, if we feel neglected. Take a mug of milk - rice milk or soya, cow's milk or goat's and heat it so it is above blood heat. Stir in a teaspoon of pure honey and then sprinkle the top with cinnemon.. Drink it slowly and allow yourself to feel nurtured.

Goddess Guidance January 2005

'Did I sing when my baby arrived, to open the door into this world?

Let me sing now to welcome all children onto this earth.'
